In my publication this week, I reaffirm foreign investors’ confidence by successfully claiming and executing an amount of AED 1.5 million dirhams. This was the amount paid by the client towards an incomplete property. I have successfully cancelled the property purchase agreement according to the terms of the agreement, and was able to join all parties as co-defendants who were responsible for re-leasing/re-selling the land on which the property was so be built. The client received his last installment of the repayment which included the principal and the interest of 9%.
